We accept returns and exchanges within 20 days of order date, for unworn and unwashed merchandise with original tags attached.  No returns will be accepted after 20 days. All return items exceeding the 20 day return policy will be offered store credit. Clients are responsible for return shipping charges.  If there was a mistake on the part of FAIRCLOTHSUPPLY.COM the client will be reimbursed shipping charges. Full price items will be refunded to the original payment method, minus any shipping costs involved, within 5 business days of receiving your return. Sale items are eligible for exchange only. 



Your shipment will include a return form.  Kindly complete the form and include it in with your return.  We recommend choosing a return method that can be traced, and to keep the tracking information for your records. Goods must be received back to our warehouse in Los Angeles within 20 days from date of purchase, and be returned unworn and in perfect condition.  We do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. If you prefer an exchange, e-mail us at SHIPPING IS FREE ON ALL EXCHANGES.  If the requested item is unavailable, the amount will be returned to your card.  Exchange orders will be shipped out upon receiving your return, and any difference of price will be adjusted to your original payment method.  Tracking confirmation will be emailed once your exchange order ships.
